I am a Certified, Licensed Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, CMLDT and Bodywork Therapist with over 30 years' experience.

I went to the Klose Institute in Boulder, Colorado, for my training in MLD, Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I specialize in Post surgical Lymphatic Drainage Treatment using the Vodder method, it is gentle, painless, and doctor recommended. I am also an aftercare specialist. I assist my post-surgical clients in Nutrition, Hydration, Supplementation, Compression, and proper Moments to safely and effectively rid the body of post-surgery edema.   Endermologie, Ultrasound, Vibration therapy, Cavitation, and Radio Frequency are available onsite and used at the appropriate times, if needed, to help you to achieve your best results possible from your procedures.

I am also NKT, NeuroKinetic Therapy, trained in muscle testing, with Polarity releases. I help you to restore your muscle's proper function, movement, and centration to alleviate pain.

There is also full gym is on site to reinforce the corrections made during the sessions.

I stay current is my continuing education classes and anatomical studies.

 I am vaccinated and practice all COVID health mandates, PPE, and cleaning protocols.
